The actors and actresses we are using for our video Wilderness

Josh Whitmore Lyons:

We chose Josh to be our young male antagonist, because we have all seen him act before in school shows, and we know that he can play a very good villainous character. Even though he is 17, Josh looks like a young adult for his age, making it easier for us to cast him as an actor for our video because he fits the role perfectly and looks the part. He is a very enthusiastic person, making it easier for us as directors to get the perfect shot.

Josh is also constantly free, so we can grab him to do scenes that were forgotten on the day of the recording, or extra shots we feel need to be added.

 

Freya Bruhin

Freya fits the role of her character very well, being a young, charismatic female trying to help he disturbed relative. Like Josh, Freya is free most days of the Christmas holidays, making it easier for extra filming days to occur.

Another effective point of having Freya as our actress for Wilderness is that she lives close to the locations we have picked to record our scenes.

Gareth Harrey:

Gareth is playing the role of the Disturbed adult that is watching gruesome nature videos on a projector in a large hall. He the perfect actor for the video, because we needed an elderly looking man to play the character, and being 45 year old, Gareth fits the age group of what we were aiming for. Because Gareth is the father of Jacob, he is very easy to get hold of, and is also very willing to help out with the video.
